Shoppers members are still claiming that management on the store level is harassing and attempting to intimidate them. We received word today that new charges have been filed against the employer for their actions. We’re doing everything within our power to assist them as they take a stand for their rights under the NLRA. We’ve already been out talking to members of the community about the Shoppers negotiations and getting pledges of support. We’ve even been talking to our brothers and sisters at Shoppers on the shop floor.
We’re giving our own time to help them because we recognize that their fight is our fight.
